Bella Vista Apartments represents 14 rental apartments and a community building for very low income homeless and seriously mentally ill (SMI) individuals. Each 550 SF unit will consist of a bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, and living room. Units receive HUD Project Rental Assistance Contract (PRAC) and resident will pay 30% of expenses/rent. All utilities included. Units based on availability. A minimum twelve-month lease is required. Non-Smoking.
Bella Vista was built in 2013 and conveniently located near shopping centers, restaurants, Silverbell Lake, bus routes, and more. Bella Vista is comprised of two 2-story buildings with views of the beautiful desert of West Tucson and downtown.

Pet Policy
Two pets (dogs or cats) per unit are permitted at Bella Vista Apartments with a $200 refundable pet deposit, and an executed pet addendum. Animals must weigh 25 lbs. or less full grown. Please see the community manager for further details.

Community Information
Bella Vista has a community room with free cable and WIFI, supportive services, as well as laundry facilities for our residents to use. Supportive services (counseling, job placement, and training) will be coordinated from the 1600 SF community building. Supportive services are provided by La Frontera Center. Inc.
