Sueno Nuevo Apartments offers 17 one-bedroom units, conveniently located at 50 E Thoroughbred, Tucson, AZ 85713. This community consists of three single-story buildings, a community room, and an office, positioned in Tucson’s south side.
Each apartment features a private bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, and spacious living room. Enjoy privacy with your own walled-in backyard, plus modern comforts like ceiling fans, individually controlled heating and cooling, and outdoor storage space. Every unit is cable ready, and all utilities are included in your rent. Apartments are leased based on availability.
Sueno Nuevo participates in the HUD Section 811 Project Rental Assistance Contract (PRAC) program, supporting adults with disabilities. Residents pay just 30% of their income toward rent and utilities. A twelve-month lease agreement is required.
