About Stonecorner

Stonecorner is a full-service property management company specializing in affordable housing. Led by our Designated Broker, Jason Hisey, we were founded in 2019 to manage the affordable housing portfolio of La Frontera Partners, Inc., one of Southern Arizona’s most active nonprofit housing developers.

Stonecorner is a wholly owned subsidiary of La Frontera Partners. Today, we manage more than 1,200 affordable housing units, including properties funded through LIHTC and HUD Section 8 programs. We are also a HUD-approved property management firm.

Our work is closely connected to two important partners. The Hisey Group has served as the developer for the affordable housing communities we manage. La Frontera Partners provides on-site supportive services for our residents, helping them live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.

Through this partnership, over the past 12 years, the combined efforts of the Hisey Group, Stonecorner, and La Frontera have created and maintained quality housing for thousands of residents. Our communities serve a wide range of people, including low-income families, seniors, veterans, individuals experiencing homelessness, and those with serious mental illness.

At Stonecorner, our mission is simple — to provide expert property management that keeps our communities strong, our residents supported, and our housing both affordable and high quality.
